BRYANT, AR - A Bryant business owner faces charges of soliciting sex with three women and a 17-year old girl and giving them drugs. Much of it, according to newly released documents, happening inside his Wayne’s World cell phone repair business.

Police say Wayne Price, 68, isn't denying allegations of sex for drugs inside his shop in Bryant. It’s a far cry from what he told FOX16 News six months ago after a similar allegation surfaced.

When we talked to Wayne Price last October, he was fighting off an allegation he offered sex in exchange for repairing a customer's cell phone.

"There's no parent in their right mind after this will let their teenage daughter or themselves come in here," Price said then.

He's right about that.

Bryant Code Enforcement shut his business down and Price is booked into the Saline County Jail on solicitation of sex charges and delivery of a controlled substance.

"It's very unusual, especially for a place like that," Sgt Todd Crowson with Bryant PD says.

Court documents obtained by FOX16 News on Friday show how unusual it got.

According to detectives, the case started to break when an officer noticed a man on the I-30 Reynolds Road overpass in March "walking in just his underwear."

The man told police he was staying at a nearby hotel.

When police went to the Comfort Inn to find out what was going on they found a 17 year old female inside and the room registered to Wayne Price of Wayne's World.

According to court documents, the 17 year old female told detectives that Price exchanged Xanax bars to the minor in exchange for sex.

The female minor told police Price picked her up in East End and took her to the hotel room in Bryant, giving her a few Xanax before entering the room.

Then on Wednesday, detectives interviewed three other women, two of them "Wayne's World" employees.

The employees told police they had sex with Price in exchange for five Hydrocodone pills each.

An account, police say price admitted to on Thursday.

“You certainly wouldn't expect a place such as that to where you worry about, 'if I go in there to get my cell phone fixed, am I going to be solicited for sex," Crowson says.

Police want to know tonight if more victims are out there.

A third woman told police she needed money to pay her electric bill five months ago and says price paid her $100 for sex in the back of Wayne’s World.

Price made his first court appearance on Friday. He is being held in the Saline County jail on a $10,000 bond.

He was ordered to have no contact with minors and return for his next hearing on June 12th.

I've known Wayne for years he's so sweet. I also wanted to say thanx to sharpshooter for your comment all of what you said is so true. Why does he have to be the one to take all the blame hes not the only one in the wrong. I'm serious how would he have even known they were needing or wanting any help for anything. (no matter what it may have been) Don't get me wrong I'm not saying what has happened is right but as Sharp said they are of legal age! They're just feeling guilty of what they have done & need something to try to make them feel better. Now they'll just move on to the next person that is nice enough to try to help them with their needs & what when they get into trouble again turn them in also? All I can say if you don't act like you want to give it up then also do it things wont happen. I didn't hear not one thing about rape!!! That's a different story. Anyway this makes me so mad I can't even say what all I'd like to cause Wayne is a very sweet caring man! Everybody makes mistakes

Sharpshooter, notwithstanding the age of consent, under Arkansas state law, if the person having sex with a minor is 4 years or more older than the minor, it is against the law. He is 68. She is 17. Therefore, if he had sex with her, he broke Arkansas law.

As long as these women were willing and not forced I dont understand why this is big news. Women have been selling/trading and Men have been buying since the beginning of time and its never going to stop. As far as the 17yr old,,,unless Arkansas has recently changed its laws 16 is the legal age of consent in that state. I want to know why all of these women were not picked up on Prostitution charges,,they are just as guilty of a crime as he is
