LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police arrested a man they say was seen fleeing a garage where a vehicle was broken into. Another man was arrested at the same time who has an active warrant in Illinois.

According to Sgt. Cassandra Davis, a man saw two suspects in his garage on Laval Circle who fled when he approached. The man told police that the suspects left in green Chevrolet Tahoe.

Police stopped a green Chevrolet Tahoe in the area a short time later and arrested the three people inside, according to Sgt. Davis.

A woman who was in the vehicle was released without charge.

Donald Dickson, the owner and driver of the Tahoe, was charged with residential burglary, theft of property and breaking and entering an automobile.

Zachary Hartwick was checked for warrants and was found to have an active warrant from Saint Clair County, Illinois. He has not been charged with burglary at this time.
