CADC to begin taking LIHEAP applications Jan 7

Central Arkansas Development Council will begin taking applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) at Mass Intake Days January 7-11, 2013. The mass intake days will be held in Pulaski, Clark, Hot Spring, Union, Lonoke, Saline, Columbia and Ouachita Counties.

I guess Granny and I can't get none of that either. Man I already have to pay taxes on half of my social security now. Granny just makes to much. I'm ready for her to retire so we can qualify for this Obama hand out. OH! I see that 14hundred number in there. She will draw way more than that by her last statement. We can't get it.

bat102....you are exactly right. I remember lines of cars at St. Marks Church picking trunks full of toys in the past....I took 2 angel things one year and I am confident these people had signed up for every free toy giveaway available. I doubt the most needy children have parents that go to the bother of food or toys....SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS.

What a joke on us tax payers anoyher free NOBAMA give away,last year on the news people driving up in high price cars,wearing high dollar clothes,most all i-phones or talking on the phone,I know some needs help but I bet 90% of those in line didn't
