The number of people considered to be missing in the Camp Albert Pike Flood  continues to grow.

Preliminary reports from Langley, where many are gathered at a nearby Baptist Church, indicate that nearly 30-40 are still unspoken for tonight.

As family members gather, sad and concerned for missing loved ones, teams of search parties are making plans to begin early morning expeditions.

The parent of one girl, considered missing as of this evening, has already come forward asking for help in locating her daughter, Jadyn Basinger.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt. She is eight years old.  Her dad and sister are confirmed dead.  Her mother is the only survivor.

If anyone has any information about Basinger, they are being asked to call the Pike's County Sheriff's Office.

@Shameless...HELLO??? God was with the children!!!DUH!!!! He was with them the entire time and he took them into his arms and comforted them. How dare you say that God kills children! God doesn't kill them! It was not God's intension for all thiscrime and suffering thatcame about. It was Adam & Eve's fault in the garden..they molded our future. God made them and the garden perfect in every way until Adam let that serpant in to decieve Eve and ruin it all. Sin was not planned but it happened and the consequence for it is death. But, alas, Jesus died on the cross for all of usand it is our choice to accept that fact and accept him as our saviour and we will be saved. Death still happens and we cannot stop it nor can God but Heaven is our eternal reward. Trust in God, he is on our side, he loves you and will not ever leave you!!!! AMEN!!!!!!

I pray she ran into an old hiker like me who has raised little girls & took them camping. I hope that little girl is sitting now with his cup in her hands sipping some cold lemonade in the shade of his poncho & being reassured that everything is going to be alright. I just wish I could have been there, in the right place, at the right time to save all the children. My heart bleeds for them.

We are all entitled to our own opinions and even spiritual beliefs but for those who question the higher authority, someday when you meet your end you will forever regret your decisions to doubt. Nuf said.

Shameless, you don't know much about God do you? God decides when he wants to take his people home. Rest assured, the victims, including the children, are in a better place now.

I feel so bad for these people especially those missing children. But TAM1969...if GOD was TRUELY what they claim, HE WOULD have been WITH them and this would NEVER had happen. What kind of GOD takes the lives of innocent children and allows the crimes against children EVER SECOND OF EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY OF EVERY WEEK OF EVERY MONTH OF EVERY YEAR. That is not a just and great god I want my children to look to for safety and confort. Children are supposed to be protected from harm and be on the top of thier creatures list...not allowed to be taken Please victims and families and friends rest assured my heart goes out to you no matter my religious beliefs, and may you find comfort in your own soul noone will ever forget but we can know that these babies and loved ones will forever be with you in your heart and you forever will have a guardian angel.

It breaks my heart to look at this beautiful little girl's picture. I can only hope and pray that she's still out there somewhere and will be found alive. I will be praying for her family during this tragic time. I can't imagine what they are going through. May God be with them.
