Can "tapping" relieve all of your stress?

ArkansasYankee, thats funny. LOL. This "tapping" thing is a joke. Now youre gonna see a bunch of people sitting around tapping their face or whatever it be looking like a bunch of freaks.

I guess the jailer in Hot Springs was getting rid of stress by "tapping".

I'm with clower. Where in the world did they come up with "tapping"? And what are we supposed to "tap" other than what clower is talking about? Therapists making dough off of this? As one DJ used to say - What a pant load!

I've always been able to relieve myself of a lot of stress whenever I tap something. I would tap a piece right now if I could.
