This is crap, we buy our phones and pay the bill a little privacy should go along with it. This ia a good way to get people back on land lines. The FCC should make sure we have a way to opt out of having our information passed around like a wine bottle at a wine tasting.

It is Huge violation of privacy! It should be you have to opt in not out and that it is very clear who what and when- you pay for your phone and service its not a right of businesses to spy on you! Take control back!
