LITTLE ROCK, AR - Two employees of Remington Arms Company in Lonoke have claimed a Mega Millions prize of $40,000 to share.

Daniel Pinkerton of DeValls Bluff and Allean White of England, claimed the prize.

The ticket was purchased at Shell Food Mart on Main Street in England. The two co-workers are the remaining members of a workplace lottery group (dubbed the Remington Lottery Group), which started with 5 co-workers three years ago at Remington Arms.

To win, the two bought a $1 Mega Millions ticket that correctly matched four of the five whiteball numbers (1 to 56) as well as the Megaball number (1 to 46), producing a $10,000 prize. They added the $1 Megaplier, which multiplied their prize to $40,000.

Daniel said he plans to buy a new vehicle, and Allean will pay off her vehicle and take care of other financial matters.
