These are the same people that shut down the plant in NW Arkansas. Lot of out of state money getting pumped into these groups. Plus we have a Governor who says "he doesn't care if they ever build another coal fire generation plant". Is FOX16 turning into the lame stream media now? Sure seems so..

knowingly or not, you slant the news when you show the smoke stack. Most people will think that it is polluting; but, what is actually being released is steam. It does not hurt he environment! Don't help the Audobon Society, Sierra Club, and the private landowners (actually only a few and very wealthy)in Hempstead County subvert the opportunity that South Arkansas currently has available. It is these groups that supported "Global Warming" which has be proven false.

It is a shame that the courts are allowing a rich minority in SW AR to control the prosperity of South AR. This plant brings good jobs and power for economic development. It is a lie that the plant will hurt the environment, actually the opposite is what will take place. Look around the nation and observe the other coal-fired power plants. They meet enviromental requirements, provide good jobs for local economies, and supply power for the local communities and business. The "rich" group will cause damage to the entire south Arkansas if they get their way.
