FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — A former Elkins High School teacher who was convicted of having sex with a student has pleaded guilty to a new felony charge of providing alcohol to minors.

The Northwest Arkansas Times reports that 37-year-old David Paschal pleaded guilty Thursday to endangering the welfare of a minor and was sentenced to six years in prison. Prosecutors say Paschal served alcohol to high school students at his home then let them drive.

Paschal is already serving 30 years in prison for having sex with an Elkins student. His latest sentence is to be served concurrently with the 30-year term.
