CONWAY, AR - The 22nd Annual Shop with a Cop event spent $6,300 to help 60 local kids Sunday.

Conway police, a state trooper, a judge and employees from the courts and detention center shopped with sixty kids at Walmart. Each child got $50 of clothes and $50 toys and were chosen for the event by school counselors.

The Fraternal Order of Police sponsored the event and got donations from a UCA organization, a local Realtors group and Walmart.

We just spent the weekend donating about 2 tons of fresh fish to local charities, lots of fun and helps clean out everyone's freezers.
