Court rejects coal power plant permit for SW Arkansas

The Arkansas Court of Appeals says "no" to a coal-fired power plant in Hempstead County saying the power company didn't do enough to notify the public about the $1.6 billion project before it started.

OK, let's not build a plant for electricity and go back to lanterns and campfires. the only people that are complaning are the nitwits that have a deer lease around the remote area in AR. i guess if the AG&F reduced the deer harvest in that zone they would sue them also. i know a lot of people that need a job right now...this would really help the economy but i guess Bubba's deer stand is more important. EAT MORE CHICKEN.
