A critical need and PCSSD & Arkansas State Education Department decides to cut teacher pay and their benefits. Sounds like a real smart recruiting plan not only for teachers but it also says to new business looking to move here that Ark DOE have some loose screws.

This story is a lie! Apparently a school district is given the opportunity to hire a district official's relative or lover for a teaching job the candidate would normally not qualify for if school officials will state that no actually-qualified candidate was available for a particular opening. Most school district officials believe that what they need most are coaches.

That is why the need is critical. People will not want to come to Arkansas because it's schools are always main line news. Mostly of the kind that stinks. Everyone thinks BB is so good. He needs to step in and get this worked out.
