Thank you Robin. Bullying in any way, shape or manner needs to be dealt with seriously. Maybe some you were the bullies as it can be a learned behavior. Wake up it is becoming a national epidemic. If it's a gang doing it you yell foul but it doesn't matter who does it. Why the double set of standards here? When the kids who are bullied to death would you excuse your kid for being one of the bullies?

cyber bullying is a crime and should not be a civil matter by any means. Children are being bullied left and right at school and on the internet. We have children as young as 9 and 10 killing theirselves because of things like this and yet you people make jokes about it. If it was your child being bullied and you saw first hand the psychological damage it causes you would take back your heartless words and ignorant jokes.

So, if someone send me an e-mail saying they are going to whip my butt, I can file a police report and have them arrested? What's next, cyber jail? Not a physical location to be incarcerated, but you have to login in by a certain time each day. LOL. There are more pressing issues to be addressing besides someone calling someone a dilweed on the internet. Now, child porn or threats to kill someone or blow up a building, thats different.

This should be a civil matter. If my neighbor puts up a sign in his yard saying bad things about me it's not a crime. If he tweets the same thing it is a crime. Fad and nonsense.
