LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Little Rock man is charged with three counts of income tax evasion. According to the Department of Justice, David Patrick Henry, Sr. underreported his taxable income from 2005 to 2007 by more than a half-million dollars.

The DOJ says during those three years, Henry reported his taxable income as $2,236 when it should have been $537,145. The DOJ says Henry owes $134,865 in taxes during that time.

If convicted, Henry faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.

I don't blame him, he likely disagrees with the way the muslim mankey president is giving his tax money to those that choose not to work. He did get a bit greedy though, you can get by with 20 or 30K but half a mil will get the IRS attention

Why should he get into trouble for not paying his taxes. People who work for the post office and the federal government owe over 10 billion with a B and they don't go to jail.
