Our current law for the process of executions states that if at any time the lethal injection procedure is found to be unconstitutional, they will go back to the electric chair. Fire it up, it has a bunch of customers waiting.

Wonder how many beds and how much happyness it would cause if they fixed it. How long have they known our law is flawed. That is the biggest shame in the Arkansas justice system. Turn some of these useless killers loose. FIX IT!!!

The death penalty in Arkansas doesn't comply with the constitution. So It's not legal. Nor will it be until the elected officials work on it and fix it. It may take the voters of this state to elect some that will fix it. Find out what the person running for office in your area plans to do about it. I'd say the voting public has let victims down by not voting in people that will correct our law and get it up and working.

I think they should take out Nooner and Rockett. Both were in on it. Both should be executed. A.Y. Your write that should've been done a long time ago. It's almost 20 years later and we're still feeding these punks. There should be a 10 cap on death row inmates. Thats plenty of time to get all apeals over with. After all apeals are done take em on out and be done with it. I feel like my taxes could be better spent than to keep feeding trash like that. I got a trash can at home if i want to just throw my money away.
