It is more convenient to stop by a roach coach (just a name, not saying these vendors are nasty) than go to a restuarant and wait for up to an hour. It is also a huge part of Americana. These types of eateries have been around for a long time and I think it is cool they are coming back.

Love it just love it. Some of the best eating I ever did was in NY. Those hot dogs will ruin a man. They better hope none of those guys come down here. I'll take one of those extra long smoked sausage with pickle relish, chilli, coleslaw, and hot peppers. Oh well make it two.

The restaurants just want it all.... Sounds like greed to me. All i know to tell restaurant owners is if you want that buisness too than buy you a truck. It's open for anyone that wants too. (America baby). Also If you gave some of these people more jobs..... Maybe they would'nt be you're competition. Step it up boys and girls.
