LITTLE ROCK, AR – Wal-Mart reports several instances of a criminal duo working together to rob several stores in the Little Rock area.

According to a release, two men have entered several Wal-Mart stores. One of the men will select multiple types of expensive meat, such as different types of steaks, and hides it on his person.

Wal-Mart says that occasionally, the man will also take some of the apparel, such as a large jacket from menswear to help conceal the merchandise. When the man is approached by an asset protection associate, he immediately says that he has a gun, threatens violence and leaves the store with the stolen merchandise. The other man will be waiting in an older model white vehicle for him outside.

According to Tiffany Griffin of the Wal-Mart Asset Protection Department. the men, who appear to be in their 40s, take turns coming into the stores. One of the men always wears a fedora hat. Although a weapon has not been physically seen by anyone, they should be considered dangerous.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Little Rock or North Little Rock Police Department.
