LITTLE ROCK, AR - An active severe weather night Sunday saw at least 8 tornado reports and a woman trapped inside her home.
The damage survey team has rated the Fordyce area with EF2 tornado damage. Among some of the highest rated damage was some significant damage to houses northwest of Fordyce, the country club and a set of transmission towers.
The woman, who lives near Fordyce, was not injured and rescuers were able to get her out of her home.
There may have been 4 tornadoes is Arkansas County, and one each in Cleveland, Dallas, Lonoke and Prairie counties. While there were reports of damage throughout eastern Arkansas, there were no immediate reports of injuries.
Entergy reports that nearly 13,000 customers were without power after the storm.
