WOODRUFF COUNTY, AR - One man is dead and another injured following an early morning crash. The investigators say the accident happened around 3:30 Sunday morning.

29 year old Danny Alan Rudick of McCrory died in the crash on state highway 284 in Woodruff County. 38 year old Arthur Earley of McCrory was in the vehicle, too. He was taken to Cross Ridge Community Hospital in Wynne with unspecified injuries.

The Arkansas State Police report on the crash says the pick-up the men were in was eastbound at high speed on state highway 284, when it ran the stop sign at U. S. highway 49. The report indicates the vehicle hit a railroad crossing, veered out of control and overturned several times. Rudick was found ejected from the vehicle.
