LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Family and friends of Kevin Ives and Don Henry gather at the Saline County courthouse, hoping justice will come for the two teenagers who lost their lives 25 years ago Thursday.
Investigators say the boys were hit by a train and autopsies show someone first killed them.
But the person or people responsible never faced charges.
Even though a lot of time has passed since 1987, their families still have hope witnesses will surface.
"We know there were people out there who were afraid to come forward. But we hope over the years they have change their minds and they will come forward. Hopefully, we can get enough information to solve this case, " said Larry Ives, father of Jevin Ives.
Thursday morning, family and friends held a rally for justice at the State Capitol as well.
