PRAIRIE COUNTY, AR -- Mike Edwards only has a fraction left of his weapons used for hunting. Seventeen of his guns are gone and Prairie County deputies say Randy Couch and Randal Rhoades stole them out of his safe.

"When you lay them on their side and start prying on them they will open," said Edwards.

Thieves hit the Edwards home twice in the same week. After the first time, Mike installed hidden cameras in the bedroom. It's a good thing he remembered to turn the cameras on or he wouldn't have caught the burglars in the act.

"I just thank God He planned it to where no one was here," said Edwards.

"I have to look around when I start out the door. I just look and hope no one's there," said Edwards' wife, Marilyn.

Even more mind boggling -- the Edwards say they don't know the burglars.

"I'm just glad we weren't here. No one wants to get in a gun battle," said Mike.

They hope you recognize them and turn them in.

"Home is your safe haven. If you can't go anywhere else, you should feel like you can come home," said Edwards.

Well whocares. Some people like rings and some people like cars and some of us like guns.... It's all in what you're feddish is. Regardless of his reasoning for haveing them... He baught them with his hard earned money so they belong to him. No crime there. However I hope they catch those mooks that broke in the man's house and I hope for his sake he get's all of his guns back. I'll garrentee you these guns have more value to this man than just the cash amount of money their worth.

I know one of these guys, he lived across the road from me for 26 years. Him and this Randy Couch broke in my home, caused over $2,500.00 damage. Jerry Rhodes was raised with good parents but he turned out to be a lying piece of crap. He and his buddy are doing drugs and they are surely needing drug money. If I knew where he was I would turn him in in a heartbeat. I can't believe no one has seen either of them and if they pawn the guns they should arrest the pawn shop that takes them.

THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE SO NOW I GUESS THEY JUST HAVE TO FIND THEM. MR. EDWARDS MAY NOT WANT TO WAIT FOR THAT. HE KNOWS MONEY TALKS AND THESE GUYS AREN'T GOING TO HAVE ANY TRUE FRIENDS. IF THEY KNOW ANYTHING THEY WILL TELL FOR MONEY.

I'm confused, the cops know who the thieve's are, know their names but this guy's having to put up a $1000 reward? That's f'd up. Too bad Mr. Edwards wasn't home when these losers broke in and too bad he didn't put a bullet through both of their worthless brains.

Well yes the jails are full. Why? Because it makes more sense to lock up a pot head that just wants to kick back and enjoy life. Never mind the meth heads, thieves, molesters, murderers, and other violent offenders. Do you know how many of latter type there would be beds for if you turned the first group loose. Law is law though. We have to follow it. Sorry for these peoples loss. I also wonder how many of those guns will reach the hands of convicted felons of the violent type.

My heart bleeds for both of you. I know exactly what you're feeling right now and I can tell you that feeling will be with you for a long time. Even when they catch them, your stuff is gone, they've sold that by now. I had my guns stolen too and will never ever see them again. Worst part is, for us, one of them that took them still lives right across the street. Arkansas justice! "Jails full, No room at the inn"
