DALLAS, TX-- Bruce Ripka and his best friend David Foreman are headed to Friday's Cotton Bowl.
"I got to cheer the hogs on in person," said Ripka.
The two left Wednesday morning from Conway and they say the Cotton Bowl is more than just a game.
“It’s a vacation. It’s a trip. Last year, we went to the Sugar Bowl and spent a week down in New Orleans. It’s a chance for us to get together and spend time together and have a great time,” said Ripka.
So with kindred spirits, the two head to Dallas with their significant others.
“I think the wives are ready to shop and I think we are going to be dragged along with them,” said Foreman.
The final destination is only miles away.
