I just wonder if the wreck clipped the pole into scattered pieces?

Who gives a damn about some drunk wrecking their car? Some people die from it, some people live.....just the cold hard facts of life.

Some people obviously don't get up and go for a run bright and early in the morning. Yes HATEMONGER, I realize they could have been passengers but from the sound of some of the post on here a lot of them didn't think you could even get five people in a Mustang. 0400 is not early especially during the summer to get out and get in your daily exercise routine. Okay so maybe they were in the car and maybe they weren't. Did reports ever say? Thickheaded. Call it whatever you want to. I use common sense more than most use book sense and have made it this far. You can go back to hating now? Arkansas Yankee I would tell you but I want it to be a surprise when I put it all out there.

Leatherneck, I assumed by your handle you were thick between the eyes but that was not the question at hand. I can see now what your deal is. Just the facts man just the facts! We both are limited in that we were not there. But if you read between the lines and came up with two guys walking at 4:00 am than I wont dispute that. P.S. BS

Where in my post does it say I have never been in or around an accident? You see, read and interpret things the way you want to interpret them. I have been around accidents scenes. As a matter of fact I worked crowd control at an air show in 1984 in Tustin California, when I was the Commanding Officers bodyguard, when a vintage plane crashed. I saw it all. I also worked vehicle enforcement in Beaufort South Carolina when an AV8-B Harrier failed to take off and the pilot was ejected into the side of a pine tree and I was 200 yards away. Also while in California in 1984 I saved a man life that had flipped his Corvette. So why don't you go back to your coloring book and sit outside and wait on the yellow short bus to take you home. Too many people assume they know what someone else has done. Get a life. Seems to me someone needs to investigate you with a name like HATEMONGER. Can't wait to run for Sheriff and get elected.

Leatherneck, you are a very fortunate soul to never have been in or around an accident where no one was wearing a seatbelt. 1. it was 4:00am do you really think two people were walking near the scene or could they all have been in the convertible and were ejected from the car. 2. Talk to an EMT or Police officer that has had to work one of these horrible things and they will tell you so.

Okay for those that can't comprehend who was hurt and what happened. One in the back seat was killed. The other person in the back seat was injured. The driver was drunk therefore he was not killed. Two other people found walking near the scene were injured. Nothing was said about them being in the car it simply says the two walking near the scene of the ONE CAR ACCIDENT were also injured. But it did not say they were in the car making it have five people. It says they were WALKING NEAR THE SCENE. Which could mean flying debris or a power pole or a frickin alien might have caused their injuries. Also if all five were in the mustang it is considered a five passenger vehicle. Someone just gets to sit on the hump in the backseat or on someone's lap.
