Fatal hit and run in Hot Springs

Raul was 56, he was a hotwalker at Oaklawn Park. No police action has been taken. Friends of Raul found the car used, located witness and informed police. Car is proven to be the one. They washed it at local car wash after leving scene, witness has signed statement, medical examiner confirms death by multiple injuries. Driver is still free and seen near scene almost daily.
