Faulkner County man arrested after setting mobile home on fire

FAULKNER COUNTY, AR – Police have arrested a man who reportedly attempted to assault officers after they arrived on the scene of a mobile home fire.

According to Major Andy Shock of the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Department, William E. Bryant accidentally set his mobile home on fire while trying to burn some brush. When deputies responded to the blaze, Bryant allegedly took a swing at one of them then ran into the burning home.

Deputies say they had to go into the burning home to remove Bryant, who refused to get off the floor after being cuffed and had to be carried out. Bryant was treated for burns at the scene but police say he refused any other medical attention, and was taken to the Faulkner County Detention Center.

Well obviously tommyes it doesn't sound to much like he was trying to save processions to me. Not saying it was drugs but something sure as hell don't sound right in the head with this guy.

Anybody stop to think he might have been trying to save possessions. Its not always drugs. Sometimes when people see everything they have in life burning up they wanna try and save it and will even try to go through cops to do it. Sad that more people don't see that.
