Federal court to hear appeal in bombing case

A federal appeals court will hear oral arguments in the case of a doctor who was convicted in a 2009 bombing that nearly killed the head of the Arkansas State Medical Board.

They need to keep this Muslim Madman behind bars, he was nothing more than a pill pusher with an education equivilant to our RN's here in the states. This was an open and shut case with tons of evidence, no need to waste the money to go back to court.

He should have received the death penalty. This piece of crap so called doctor is a loser and shouldnt be sucking up air.
