First Ever Ninth Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade

HOT SPRINGS, AR - Tim Matheson, who played Otter in the legendary 1978 comedy "Animal House" among dozens of other notable roles, will be the celebrity grand marshal for Hot Springs' First Ever Ninth Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade, which is earning a reputation as one of the best St. Patrick's Day celebrations in America.

The parade is just part of the fun today in Hot Springs. There are numerous special activities for the entire family in the city’s entertainment district. You’ll find all kinds of food, a Blarney Stone Kissing Contest, plus numerous exhibits and concerts.

The First Ever Ninth Annual World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade begins at 6:30 pm, then tonight at 8:00 PM, 38 Special takes the stage at Hill Wheatley Plaza.

Matheson currently stars on CW Arkansas' Hart of Dixie.
