LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - State flags in Arkansas will be flown at half-staff in honor of a Jacksonville firefighter who died in the line of duty.

Governor Mike Beebe has ordered that state flags be flown at half-staff on Friday in honor of Captain Donald Lee Jones of Jacksonville.
Jones died Monday from injuries suffered when he was hit by a car while working an accident on Highway 161 in Jacksonville.

A second firefighter and a police officer were critically injured in the incident, and the driver of the car was arrested for second-degree murder.
