LITTLE ROCK, AR - The PCSSD is allowing students who live in flood-prone areas to be picked up from school early today.

Deborah Roush at PCSSD said that some Pulaski County Special School District buses may not be able to get students home in a safe and timely manner this afternoon due to local flooding and road closures. For that reason, the District is allowing parents to pick up students at the following schools who live in flood prone areas, and excused absences will be granted:

  • Bates Elementary School
  • Cato Elementary School
  • College Station Elementary
  • Fuller Middle School
  • Lawson Elementary School
  • Maumelle Middle School
  • Maumelle High School
  • Mills High School
  • Northwood Middle School
  • Oak Grove Elementary
  • Robinson Elementary
  • Robison Middle School
  • Robinson High School

Athletic events at these schools have also been canceled.
