Former Ark. college official pleads no contest

Prosecutors in central Arkansas say a former Philander Smith College official has pleaded no contest to a charge of promoting prostitution.

Wow! They dropped sexual performance by a child, and sexual assault for a plea! What is wrong with the people that are supposed to be prosecuting these people? I'd say the DA is almost as sick as this perv.
