One more thinks Foxy, you said "OF COURSE he is going to say he was innocent...don't they all???" actually according to FBI National Crime Statistics in only 24% child sexual abuse cases, the accused claims innocence. 33% of the time the accused not say anything (i.e. remain silent) and 43% of the time they will admit their guilt. He is more likely to say he is guilty, not innocent.

Actually Foxy I think the fact that it took a "LENGTHY" investigation, i.e. over a year, by the BPD make it less likely he is guilty. This is an over reaction BPD plain and simple. They don't want to be accused of going soft on someone accused of child abuse. I think there is a good chance, given what I have heard, that this guy will be found "Not Guilty", for the following three reasons: 1. It took an entire year to charge Mr Green. Why did it take so long? 99% of the time the moment the story break the teacher is hauled off to jail. If it was so "OBVIOUS" he was guilty, why the year long wait? 2. Mr. Green has always claimed he is innocent. Every other story I have heard for a long time, the teacher, within a few weeks, admits guilt and takes a Pea Bargain, to avoid the decades in jail he faces if found guilty. This is not what has happened and it is highly usual. I find it more plausible that Mr. Green is telling the truth. 3. According the every story I have read about this, the "Victim", for doing drugs, was kicked out of the Band and the posted on Facebook that he was going to get "Payback". Then he accused Mr. Green of a crime. Again, this make is seem more plausible that Mr. Green is telling the truth. On top of the three reasons, Mr. Green isn't actively teaching, so there is no danger to any kids. Why charge him, when your going to lose? What if he is found "not guilty". Are you going to apologize for your comment and false accusations. All I am saying is, in this county we are innocent until proven guilty. Right now people like you are trying to punish him first, then see if he is guilty. How is that right?

I bet he was doing drugs before he ever met this band director. What's the percentage of school age kids doing drugs now?

I bet he does drugs to cope with being molested by "a" Band Director.

Everyone quick to judge; I'm judging the kid. He bragged about getting even on his face page. He's a druggie also. Anytime a kid hollers wolf, everyone is ready to hang the person that supposedly did something wrong. And the same goes in the workplace; I've seen it happen to a co worker; all a woman has to do is cry wolf, and the other person is automatically guilty. If he is found innocent, I hope they arrest the kid, and lock him up for long enough to think about the wrong he did.

I sure hope you band people don't have to eat your words! There has been a LENGTHY investigation by the BPD, ultimately leading to the arrest of your precious band director! Again....clearly there is SOME truth to all of this OR he would have NEVER been arrested! Just because the CHILD has a drug problem does not AUTOMATICALLY make him a liar! I am assuming that if YOUR child had a drug problem, but told you he had been inappropriately touched by an adult, you would blow it off as a lie???? Think about that, band momma!!!!!!!

I know Mr Green is innocent. The band students and parents fully support him. He will be proven innocent but we will not get our director back. The young man that accused him of this will have to answer for his lies. All you people that are judging out there need to stop and think about how all this has affected 160 some odd students. Students whose senior year was ruined, students who loved this director, parents who loved and respected this director. So many people hurt by the lies of one mixed up young man. Mr Green we will be there to support you and we are also praying for everyone involved, yes even the accuser. Obviously he is lacking something in his life that he desperately needs or else he would not have done something so awful to draw attention to himself. When Mr. Green gets his day in court look for the sea of Bryant blue out in full force and praying!

CLEARLY there was enough evidence for this monster to be arrested, especially a year later! OF COURSE he is going to say he was innocent...don't they all??? AND OF COURSE there are always those fools that think these monsters hung the moon! He will have his day, if he is innocent..so be it! If not...ROT IN H3LL!!!
