LITTLE ROCK, AR – Little Rock Police have arrested two former Mount Saint Mary staff members. One is charged with a sex crime, the other charged with failing to report it.

According to arrest affidavits, Kelly O’Rourke is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female student. Kathy Griffin is accused of failing to report the relationship.

In the affidavit, Griffin says she didn’t report the relationship “for the good of the school.”

Both employees were fired last March in connection to the investigation into the relationship with the student.

Griffin pleaded not guilty in district court to failure to notify by a mandated reporter. O’Rourke is scheduled to make her first appearance in court Friday morning, she faces a 1st degree sexual assault charge.
