Chief Howell, I hope you do go after your job back. You were clearly discriminated against. It's the right thing for the people of Pine Bluff, it's the right thing for the men and women serving at the police department and it's the right thing for you. Redus is clearly wrong and needs to be booted out and you need to be reinstated.

WAIT A MINUTE REDUS SAID THERE WAS CRIME BY HIS HOUSE SO HE FIRED THE CHIEF IS THIS WHAT OUR COUNTRY HAS COME TO HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CITY HE JUST CARES ABOUT HIS HOUSE ISNT HE ELECTED TO SERVE THE CITY NOT HIS HOUSE IF PINE BLUFF LETS THIS GO THEN ALL THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ARE DUMB

Chief Howell you are fair, understanding and you truly care about all people. I have family from down that way and they are hurt about the Mayor letting you go. I am upset. Pine Bluff need to take back their town and stop being afraid of standing up for what is right. Letting Chief Howell go was not right and you all need to stand up and say so. Mayor Redus if you can sleep at night and this not bother you, so be it..

Exactly what I was saying. Black mayor, only seems natural he would want the same in a police chief. Taking care of each other so to say....I feel sorry for Chief Howell loosing his job but in the long run I think once he moves on to a new job, he will be thankful he got the heell out of Crime Bluff.

Cheif Howell is Realy A Good Person & As good Of A Police cheif We Have ever hade, He Has One Fault He Is not The Righ Race Redus Did Not Want Him In The First Place He Wanted A Black Ckeif And Now Iy Looks He Will Get His Way

Yeah, the crime got close to the mayors house so he started getting nervous. Just like a politician, nothing matters no matter how bad it is until it starts to affect them.

Sounds like they should fire that loser mayor. The city is in a shambles and this is his solution? Fire one of the dept. heads who is doing an exceptional job. No wonder everyone is leaving!
