LITTLE ROCK, AR – A former employee of the Arkansas Crime Information Center was sentenced to three years in prison Monday for possession of child pornography.

Fredrick Rains, 63, will have 10 years of supervised release and will have to register as a sex offender, according to the Department of Justice.

The investigation into Rains started when a woman complained to the sheriff’s office that Rains was taking pictures of her 16-year-old niece in a restaurant. A search of Rains’ home found more than 7,000 images of child pornography.

Rains had admitted to detectives that he had been downloading the images from news groups for 7 years.

Looks like his neck is trying to eat his big water head. Feed him nothing but foods high in sugar while he is in prison, maybe nature will run its course.

7,000 images, been doing this for 7 years and he gets 3 years with 10 years of supervised probation. What a joke. People like this do not deserve to suck up air. Sick old piece of trash needs to meet a untimely demise and fast.

I agree with all of you. I also hate this type. Would give him a shot myself. Maybe not with a needle.

Hey B&P, I would look twice. And he would know that he better not walk in my side if the road. But he wouldn't anyway. Thats how his kind operate.

good job good neighborhood probably, probably a republican too. lol these are the true criminals in the world preying on your children out in public and even while you are watching. and nobody ever looks twice at these types. (we all know why)
