The good people of Saline County did not want David Pierce walking or driving around Benton where the congregation would be reminded of how they covered his perverted activities for many years. So they give him a ruler and send im out of state

Perhaps its time the citizens knew who was on the parole board. They've decided that the children in other states don't deserve protection from this predator. This is an insult to every victim of this guy. He was allowed to plea bargain down to reduced number of charges, given a light sentence, and then doesn't have to serve what little bit time they did give him. WHY? Why are any sex offenders allowed to be elgible for parole? Regardless, each member of the parole board should have to tell the public why they think he should be allowed to be free. Maybe public scrutiny or some semblance of shame would make them a little more considerate. Maybe the parolees should have to live in the neighborhoods of the parole board.
