LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Forrest City man has been sentenced to 265 years in prison for producing child pornography, according to a release.

According to reports, 42-year-old Freddie Wallace of Forrest City was sentenced to 265 months imprisonment, along with 10 years of supervised release on March 9, after being found guilty of one count of production and one count of possession of child pornography on September 8, 2011. Wallce was also ordered to undergo intensive sex offender therapy and to register as a sex offender.

Evidence presented during the trial revealed that the investigation began when a confidential informant brought a video depicting the exploitation of sleeping minors to the Wynne Police Department, stating it had been made by Wallace. After an investigation, detectives determined that Wallace had made the video and obtained a state search warrant for Wallace’s home where additional video tapes and DVDs were taken.

The case is a result of an investigation by the Wynne Police Department and the United
