Four dead in Stone County house fire

LITTLE ROCK, AR – A family of 4 in Stone County died in a house fire Friday morning.

Sheriff’s deputies and members of the Timbo Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to a home on Bauerline Road. By the time the fire department arrived the house was destroyed, according to the sheriff’s office.

The victims in the fire are believed to be Jeffery Bauerlein, 49, Carolyn Bauerlein, 49, Callie Bauerlein, 13, and Molly Bauerlein, 8. The bodies are being sent to the State Medical Examiner for positive identification.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
