LITTLE ROCK, AR - Investigators with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and the North Little Rock Police Department seized 4 pounds of cocaine from a Greyhound bus Tuesday.
The sheriff’s office says the bus was en-route to Nashville from Corpus Christi. Law enforcement found the cocaine acting on a tip from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Two women were arrested in connection to the drug bust.
48-year-old Janie Pridemore, of Joelton, TN, was arrested and charged with one count of trafficking cocaine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. She is in jail and being held on $52,500 bond.
27-year-old Samantha Richards, of Nashville, TN, was charged with one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was cited and released on $1,000 bond, according to the sheriff’s office.
