HOT SPRINGS, AR – A Hot Springs 20-year-old has been arrested and charged with the rape of a 13-year-old girl.

In the arrest affidavit, the victim alleges that Clint Beavers took her and another 12-year-old girl to a field near Mt. Carmel Road, south of Lake Hamilton. She says that Beavers provided the three of them with marijuana to smoke. After smoking, the victim says her and Beavers had sex while the 12-year-old watched.

The victim says, in the affidavit, that she and the 12-year-old had planned to run away from home. They contacted Beavers, who then took them to the field where the alleged assault happened.

Beavers was arrested Tuesday.

These little jail baits need their tails beat till they can't sit for a spell. The boy need to have a brain scan to see if he even has one.

there is no need to point the finger because he shouldve been at work or doing something productive with his life and the two (KIDS) should have had their tail at home, a valuable lesson learned

Let's see, provided pot for two minors, had sex with a 13 year old. The least he is facing in statutory rape. That is normally good for twenty years and out after three or four. A 13 year old can not give consent and no one can give consent for her. Throw in the pot and he is looking at the most five on it and they will be served concurrently. I know he is confused because the girl called him and it was consensual, but his parents should have educated him on such things. Ignorance is not a defense.

These people should never take another breath of air. Our weak ass justice system is doing absolutely nothing toprotect children from these predators. Instead of sending them to prison for 10 years, do something to protect children from them. Prison isnt working, parole isnt working, early release isnt working, the sex offender registery isnt working. Its past time to fix the problem.

Now read my comment again and learn some history boy!!! Now take another look at what "LIGHTERSKINNED means in this case!!! Not black thats for sure!!!!!!!!!
