An Arkansas mayor faces a misdemeanor battery charge for alleged domestic dispute. That's according to the Lincoln county prosecutor.
Third degree battery charges were filed against Gould mayor Lloyd Parks. The district attorney says Parks is accused of beating and dragging a woman into his apartment. No trial date has been set.
