wallfisher is right also. How long before we have drones in our own skies looking into our homes to see what we are doing?

jw: 17 states already have this law. They have basically told the Feds to stay out of their business! Good for them! That's one third of the country that has shown some common sense when it comes to a natural remedy put here by God Himself. I've already voted for it. On the other hand, the ignorant and uneducated will vote against it; as will the so called "Christians" that are unfamiliar with the Bible. And then we have those like Cox, too stupid to think for themselves; so they let the Feds propaganda think for them. And when I look at where we rank in education; that's a lot of votes against it! Doubt it will pass; and AR will remain stuck in the 20th Century. And I agree with Dude on this one. Think4Urself is also right, and Butch knows his stuff too.

Invasion of privacy is against federal law also, but that doesn't stop the government from doing it.

it's still against federal law whether the measure is approved or not.

It seems that there are doctors who understand that each person is individually different in how they react to the products they consume. Just remember that pill some people take may be what kills another who consumes it. I don't doubt that marijuana isn't the right choice for some people and I don't believe it is the wrong choice for all the people.

I will vote for this......as for driving i do not believe this will cause an increase in accidents.... cell phones have probably caused more wrecks than pot right up there with alcohol.....

The folks I know who smoke pot do it so they can work and it's cheaper and more effective than made made chemicals. I doubt much is gonna change, people are gonna smoke it regardless. If it's legal the drug lords would be out of business just like the mobsters after prohibition. For once, think for urself.

Medical marijuana shouldn't even be on the ballot. It should ALREADY be an approved prescription drug. How is it that someone else dictates to those that are terminally ill what pain medicines they can use? Those that vote against this - I certainly hope YOU don't find yourselves in dire need of some - any - kind of pain relief sometime in your lives.

Wonder how many of these fools out there know that the prescriptions for pain they take are made out of the same thing as opium and heroin. C22H23O5N. So you would rather use opium or heroin as to smoke a little pot. Look it up for yourself. Don't take my word for it. Japan slipped in on China 8 0r 9 hundred years ago and took it over because all the people were laid up in opium dens. No one has taken over Mexico yet. In those words I heard on TV one time. IS YA IGNANT
