HARRISON, Ark. (AP) — Police in Harrison say a man impersonating a police officer has twice tried to stop a female driver.
The first report came from a 53-year-old woman who said she was stopped Oct. 4 by a man driving a car with flashing blue lights — but the man only pulled beside her car — then stared at her before driving away.
The second incident occurred Oct. 11 when a 21-year-old woman said she also was stopped by a car with flashing blue lights and that after she got out of her car the man tried to grab her. The Harrison Daily Times reports that the woman said she was able to break free and get in her car and drive away.
The suspect is described as a white man in his late teens to mid-20s with dirty or dark blond hair and a scar along his chin.
