LITTLE ROCK, AR – A 25-year-old Heber Springs man has been arrested on rape charges.
The Cleburne County prosecutor’s office says Matthew Tinkle was arrested on January 3rd and the victim was a girl under the age of 14.
The Sun Times in Cleburne County reports that Tinkle is cheer instructor.
The investigation into this case is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Heber Springs Police Department.
