all of the people on here saying that this man is not stupid...well it's pretty stupid to engage in any type of relationship, other than educational, with a high school student. Good guy or not, he knew better. Do I believe they should charge him with sexual assault, no I don't. He didn't assault her and it's not like she's a child, the girl's 17, hardly an innocent age. I know b/c I used to be a 17 yr old girl who had plenty of crushes on my male teachers but they were professional enough to not be a perv. He should be stripped of his teaching priviledges though..
