Hispanic community celebrates Spring

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Hundreds of people joined the Hispanic community today in celebrating Spring. The event is titled “Spring Festival and Fiesta Expo 2012.

The Fiesta Event Center at 14106 Chicot Road in southwest Little Rock was the site for all the activity. Hispanic music filled the air as festival participants enjoyed food, games, and vendors all presenting a positive atmosphere in central Arkansas.

Southwest Little Rock is home to a growing Hispanic community. It is described as one of the largest Hispanic populations in the State.

The event was sponsored by Arkansas en Espanol Magazine. Organizers plan for the gathering to become an annual event.
