CLEBURNE COUNTY, AR -- Three men and two male juveniles who tied up and threatened an 89-year-old woman with a gun early Sunday morning have been charged with multiple felonies, according the the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office (CCSO).

The victim told a family member that she was awakened at 2:19 a.m. to an individual standing over her holding a handgun. She said she was then threatened with the gun and tied up.

Police spent Sunday and Monday investigating the incident, and made five arrests on Monday night.

Tanner Adcock and Zackery Smith, both 19 and of Heber Springs, BobbyLee Pointer, 19, of Bald Knob, and two juveniles have been charged, though the juveniles will be charged as adults.

The charges include: Aggravated residential burglary, kidnapping and two counts of felony theft of property.

Adcock, Smith and Pointer are being held at the Cleburne County Jail, and the juveniles are being held in the White River Juvenile Detention Center in Batesville.  Bond is set at $200,000 for each.

CCSO says a majority of the stolen property has been recovered, and there were no reports of injuries.
