One of my best drinking buddies out in California, a little Croat/Italian, was the liaison between the mafia and the county sheriff's department there. He was an honorary deputy and was in real tight with the reserve chief. He told me anytime I wanted to become a reserve deputy just let him know and it was a done deal. That was one extra double dirty department there wagoncop.

When I was a teenager I knew two reserve sheriff's deputies that cultivated and smoked marijuana. The real kicker is that aside from being good buddies, they also were in charge of K-9 units. I witnessed them smoking weed with their dogs right outside in their kennels on the front porch.

My friends and I befriended a lady one time that nine months later was murdered by a Folsom prison guard. One night at another bar, two Folspm Prison guards that were also steroid abusing, body builders started a bar room brawl and it took everyone in the bar to beat them down and throw them out on the street. Another Folsom prison guard was tried for murder after he entered an inmates cell while in a rage and shot him to death with his Ruger mini 14. On another note, I was surveilled by the Feds between at least 1988-1996. I used to portray a Waffen SS soldier in World War Two reenactments during that period and apparently I was suspected of being a neo Nazi because of it. On one occasion while out with the family at the river in a state park, we arrived back at our vehicle to find a calling card supposedly left by The Order. The only problem was, The Order had been crushed by the Feds four years earlier with almost all members being prosecuted or killed. Then towards the end of the surveillance period, I noticed that a neighbor had a telescope and parabolic ear pointing directly at my living room picture window. I in turn looked through this guys window and saw that he had turned a bedroom into an office. Hanging on his walls were credentials from none other than the FBI. I left my telescope pointing at his house so he could see the gig was up and within a week he had moved out. The only thing I can figure is that they thought the reenactment group, who by the way were DOD approved, was full of neo Nazi's and they were going to try to get something on me and then try to force me to be a CI for them, similar to what they attempted to do to Randy Weaver of Ruby Ridge fame. See the stories are never ending wagoncop. I have lived around the fringe of society my entire adult life, and I love it! If one person, me, has experienced such a plethora of atrocities committed by LEO's his lifetime, just imagine how much more there is multiplied by 300 million U.S. Citizens!

I know there are good cops around wagoncop. I have met exactly three in this county that I reside in out of the two dozen - three dozen I have been acquainted with over the combined 17 years that I have lived here. Not to worry though, that percentage is approximately equivalent to the amount of decent folks in the general population in around these parts. That's why I have the dubious honor of being able to count all of the friends I have made since moving back here again on no hands.

I once met a young man whose father and him were on the run. The kid was clearly scared nearly to death. His story was one of the best ones that I had heard to date. His father was a drug dealer that just happened to allegedly, according to the son, have a former governor and at the time current president as a prior customer. The boy, being from Arkansas, was kind of thick by California standards, if you know what I mean wagoncop. He told me the entire story of drug sales to the former chief executive by his father. When I asked if he would testify on the record before the Independent Council who happened to be investigating said chief executive at the time, the boy turned pale, got wild eyed, started shaking and told me that he had made a mistake relaying the story to me as he was running out of the beer joint we were hanging out at. Last I ever saw of him. Then when I moved back here, I befriended an undercover state narcotics officer. It took me 9 months of friendship to get get him loosened up enough to start telling me his stories. He confirmed to me on more than one occasion that he had guarded a few of the notorious alleged cocaine shipments into the Mena, AR airport. Another time I met a Waco LEO that was in Little Rock for a drug interdiction course. The stories he told me about the way Federal authorities handled the Branch Davidian affair at Mt. Carmel and the way they treated local LE agencies would make your hair stand on end. Ya see wagoncop, I have been around the block a time or two and have either personally witnessed or taken testimony from people on both sides of the war on drugs, cults, militia movement, white supremacists or separatists, black militants, you name it, I probably have some first or secondhand knowledge about it. I investigate this kind of thing as a passionate hobby my friend.

Sirtom: Again I tell you I personally know of several former officers who are or have served prison time. One that comes to mind is a former Az. D.P.S. officer who exchanged sex for not making a D.U.I. arest, another is a corrections officer who masturbated in front of an inmate. I could go on but you would simply come back with more lengh=tju diatrides against the police. I am not saying ALL cops are good and all I want you to see is all cops are not bad. I have seen cops bring winter coats and food to kids that didn't have any because their single mom was selling the food stamps etc. for her dope, I personally have delivered babies and saved lives and befre ohhell starts I am NOT looking fo praise but pointing out some of the good things cops do. One of the worst sights I can remember is a young cop laying dead in the filthy backyard of a ghetto dwelling while another tried to keep the roaches off him, why did he die he waited to see what the object was the guy he was chasing was pulling from his pants. One more story I want to relate, my daughter was married to a lowlife drugdealer,he and hid father, he beat my daughter up and the sheriff refused to jail him. I was told I could not buck the sheriff but I called him and told him if he didn;t do his job I would have the U.S. Marshalls down to arrest him. The story ends with the (now) ex son in law in jail. This sheriff bullied the locals for years until somebody stood up to him, that is what people need to do. BTW: That same sheriff is doing prison time on an unrelated charge as we write. Sirtom you have some real complaints and I wish they could be fixed. For that I feel bad but all I want you to see is all cops are not like that and speaking for myself I wish those would go away.

Oh yeah wagoncop, did I fail to mention that the chief deputy that I was referring to in my last post also tried to rape my current wife when she was 15 y/o. He arrested her on a public intox, as the sexual assault was about to take place, my wife screamed and the jailers came in, at which time the chief deputy ceased. Of course no charges were ever brought against this animal, but from then on all women from this county who were arrested or sentenced to jail time were sent to the neighboring county for incarceration because of the incident with my wife. See wagoncop, me and mine have seen and been through way too much BS with LEO's to ever just trust one at face value. I realize they are only human, and for that reason alone, I have no trust or faith in them. Hell I don't even trust my best friend man!

Wagoncop, I have personally seen cops in California and Arkansas under the influence of meth and marijuana. I have seen judges, prosecutors and even the chief narcotics officer of the county I resided in purchase and use meth. I am aware of a SWATT hit that took place on a meth lab and its inhabitants for not paying "protection" money to the local LE agency. I am aware of a former sheriff and his chief deputy that were involved in at least two homicides, one ruled suicide even though the guy was shot behind the ear with his own .22 rifle and another that was ruled an overdose. The guy was found dead with a needle hanging out of each arm and had clearly been tied up and resisting prior to his death. He just happened to be running drugs for said sheriff and chief deputy when they controlled the drug trade in this county over two decades ago and had gotten cross ways with them. As I said, the list is endless. I even got involved with a woman and married her. Come to find out her and her LEO boyfriend planned all along for her and I to get romantically involved and marry just to steal my business, money and property. She worked evenings and was seeing him behind my back after she got off work. Their treachery was revealed during our divorce that occurred after being married only two months and I lost nothing. He however lost his job, they married and moved to the county next door where he is still an LEO. He had been fired from several agencies earlier in his career for soliciting under age teenage girls. I could go on all night long about the illegal activity that I am privy to. I have just related to you some of the worse cases that I could recollect off of the top of my head. To this date no one was charged, indicted or prosecuted for any crimes in any of the incidents I have just related to you, because none of them have ever been investigated as a crime by any LE agency to date and never will.
