shouldn't matter if he turns himself in or not, he's still a cold blooded murderer and should get the death penalty. Sure can't plead insanity since he turned himself in, basically admitting that he knows the difference between right and wrong.

let's see, he'll get sentenced to the minimum mandatory but won't have to serve the maximum amount because the prisons are overcrowded with marijuana offenders who have to serve all of their time. During his two or three years he will be forced to stay in one of Arkansas' prison facilities, he will rape and stab the weaker inmates and then earn several furloughs to visit his family cause it would be inhumane to keep him from his family and friends. Unlike his victim and Her family, She can never visit her loved ones again and her family serves a life sentence of only being able to visit her grave and place flowers in memory of a life stolen from them.

He turned himself in so he could plea not guilty by reason of mental defect, stay in the state hospital for a few months, go to the diagnostic unit for a year or two then be released. Smart on his part, he knows the justice system wont punish him. He can go hang out with his homies and try to find his diddy.

A loser for killing his girlfriend, smart for turning himself in.
