This was one sorry sucker. Now for insanity the court will issue the order not his attorney. It's the courts job to prove the case so they start the insanity hearing to rule it out. Defense attorneys only get to work with the criminals rights, evidence, and the say of his client. You people watch to much TV.

Wow. This is the way our world is headed. People like this should never suck in another ounce of air. Unfortunately, our justice system fails us each and everytime when crimes like this occur. I'd like to know the shooters background, I highly doubt this is his first time to screw up. And for Obama to say what he did is just a political ploy. His administration, if they are indeed out to secure the safety of our people, havent done a damned thing to the judicial system to protect the innocent. And its not Obamas fault. The past administrations, several of them, have done nothing about crime, criminals, sentencing or anything. My advice is to take self defense classes, get a permit to carry a weapon, be properly trained for a weapon and stay sharp with your skills.

He (or his attorney) will claim insanity and most likely get it! What kind of a person other then a nut job can do something like this?
