Hot Springs County sex offender arrested

HOT SPRINGS COUNTY, AR – Officials from the Hot Springs County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a man who they say failed to follow sex offender registration guidelines.

According to reports, 29-year-old Todd Anthony Griffin had a warrant issued for his arrest after he failed to comply with registration reporting requirements. Deputies were unable to find Griffin at his listed address, and later tracked him down thanks to employment information provided during a previous arrest in White County.

According to detectives, some offenders must verify their home address every three months, others six months and others must verify once a year.
